  • How do I make a booking?

    On our website you just select the mode of transportation (airport transfers or transport to other destinations), the type of vehicle according to the number of persons or luggage (passenger car or minivan). In the next step, just fill out the order, which will be subsequently confirmed with the booking.   • WHAT SHOULD I DO, WHEN I HAVE A CHILD (OR CHILDREN)?

    Please provide us with the total number of persons, including children. In the supplementary information specify the number of children with an indication of their ages. Czech laws require that vehicles transporting children have to be fitted with child restraint seats. This service is available free of charge.

  • What if I have an extra large piece of luggage?

    In the additional information, tell us how much luggage you have and how large it is. Choose your vehicle to fit your luggage. If you do not know what type of vehicle to choose, contact us via email info@bookingtransfers.co.uk , we will advise you based on our experience.

  • What should I do if my flight is landing at a different time than I said in the booking form?

    If your flight is delayed by more than two hours or if the flight is cancelled, we will be grateful if you inform us. Our drivers will monitor your flight via the airport website. We regard minor differences in arrival times as normal. Approximately 15 minutes after your plane lands, there will be a driver waiting in the arrivals hall with a signboard.

  • What should I do if I my luggage is lost at the airport?

    Try to inform us. Such complaints often take a long time to deal with and if you don’t inform us, your driver might not wait for you, because he will assume that you did not arrive.

  • What should I do if I don´t see a driver in the arrivals hall or railway station?
